Kookas no match for St Louis Blues |

The Atlanta Kookaburras traveled to St Louis Missouri to take on former MAAFL Champions St Louis, but were no much against the younger faster Blues. The Kookas got off to a very poor start and allowed the Blues to set up a match winning score early. Despite the early set back the Kookas battled on all day and showed a good deal of character to match it with the home team for the most part of the last three quarters. The Kookaburras traveled with only two Aussies in their line up and this can only signify that there is plenty of chances of improvement in games ahead. Captain Ben Crist and Vice Captain Alan Mobley lead by example in keeping the Kookas competitive when under fire. The St Louis Blues are a young tight outfit and certainly with the inclusion of some new Aussie recruits this year will test many teams before the season is done.
