The 10 yr USAFL anniversary team for the Atlanta Kookaburra was announced at the La Quinta Hotel in Dunwoody. Steven Thomson was named coach of the team and Brent Bacon and David Croft were named the Captains. Two foreign nationals were included in the team Barry Collins from Ireland and Alp Oran from Canada, they with 10 Australians made up the 24 man team.
Part if the night included Mike Powers and Wayne Kraska talking about the history of the club till now and Marty Hyder presenting a club memrobilia exhibition of the first ten years.
