The Chicago Swans came to Atlanta for the first time in what was the first year for the Kookaburras in the MAAFL. The game at the Polo Fields in Cumming was played in hot and humid conditions which suited the home team of course. The Kookaburras had a big win one of many for the year. It was also Brent Bacon's and Ronny Miller's 100th USAFL game. Both former Chicago players celebrated with great games themselves for their Atlanta team.
